Hawaii State law requires car seats for children under 7 years of age. In Hawaii, Dollar presently charges $12/day. Drop Charges: Waikiki-Honolulu Airport $30; Hilo-Kona (vice versa) $85; Kahului-Kaanapali (vice versa) $40.
