The Aqua Bamboo Waikiki is a moderate and renovated boutique-style hotel centrally located in Waikiki just 2 blocks from famous Waikiki Beach. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel has a fresh water swimming pool in a nice garden setting, jacuzzi, activity desk, BBQ, business center, free high-speed internet & Wi-Fi in lobby and central laundry facilities.  

The Aqua Bamboo Waikiki rooms were recently refurbished and have air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee-maker, 32" LCD cable TV, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, high-speed internet access and telephone with data port. The property consists of hotel rooms, studios and one bedroom units. The studios all have a kitchenette while the one bedroom suites have a full kitchen. The hotel rooms will sleep 2 guests while the studios will sleep 3 guests and the one bedrooms will sleep 4 guests.  

The Aqua Bamboo Waikiki is a good moderate choice for couples or small families. Beginning on September 6, 2011 for approximately 10 months, the property will be undergoing spalling repairs and painting of the exterior of the building. The work will require the use of machinery between the hours of 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday. There will be some visual and audible disruptions during this period. There will be scaffolding and safety lines draped over the side of the building and due to the demolition underway, jackhammer noise and vibrations will be heard and felt. For safety reasons, there may be times when certain room balconies may not be available for use. The swimming pool and jacuzzi will remain open during this time. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to ensure the comfort of all guests.
